These little bacon-wrapped smoky have been one of my favorite appetizers since I was a kid! Nothing beats gooey, sweet, and savory little smoky wrapped in brown sugar bacon. Make this easy appetizer for your next party.
This addictive appetizer only has three ingredients, but the first time I made it myself, it didn't taste like it used to.
Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon (not thick cut)
- 1 package (14 oz) of small smoked sausages
- 1 cup brown sugar, wrapped

instructions
- Bacon third.
- Tightly wrap the bacon around the small smoky. Place seam side down in a 13x9 glass dish. Repeat with remaining small smokey.
- Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. There should be a thin layer over every little smoky. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- He preheats the oven to 350°F. Remove the small smoky and bake for 40-50 minutes. Make the bacon crispy and the sugar caramelized.
