Instruction:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray baking soda on a 9x13 baking sheet.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine 3 cups of heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Reduce heat to low and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in 12 oz chocolate until melted and smooth. Allow cooling slightly for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix yolks and eggs. Slowly stir in a warm chocolate mixture. Stir in vanilla. Gently fold in the diced bread and let it sit for 30 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and cover with foil.
  4. After baking for 30 minutes, open the lid and bake for about 10-15 minutes until the surface turns golden brown. While the bread pudding is baking, make the white chocolate sauce.
  5. Using a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate and heavy cream for 1 minute. Stir until the chocolate melts. Pour into the basic pan-landing portion. Gate with vanilla ice cream.
